These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Lavirona regarding your use of the service.
Lavirona is an editorial city guide centered on quiet corners, solo hours, and atmosphere-based discovery. The service may include:
Lavirona is not a booking platform, a property-management tool, or a guarantee of current venue conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lavirona. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or malicious content, and not to interfere with the service or other users' experience.
If you submit a corner, photo, scene note, or other content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate the rights of others.
You retain ownership of your submitted content, but you grant Lavirona a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
Lavirona may feature editorial selections, curation, moderation, ranking, or removal of submitted content. We are not obligated to publish or keep any submission visible.
Community observations may become outdated as venues, staff behavior, lighting, noise levels, or seating conditions change over time.
The Lavirona name, brand assets, interface design, software, and related materials are owned by the developer or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its proprietary materials.
Lavirona is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or that every listed place will match the atmosphere described in submitted content.
Your use of the service and any reliance on community or editorial information is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavirona and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Lavirona if we believe these terms have been violated, if the service is abused, or if continued operation requires changes to access.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Lavirona after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
